Every Neuro-Verse book is personalised and made to order especially for your child.
Processing & Production Times
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your personalised book to be created, printed and prepared for dispatch.
During busy periods, promotional launches or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
New Zealand Shipping
Orders are sent using a tracked courier service.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally:
- South Island: 1–3 business days
- North Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural delivery: please allow an additional 1–3 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
As each book is personalised and made to order, we cannot take responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us through the website contact form as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us through the website contact form and we will help investigate the delivery with the courier.
Damaged Parcels
If your book arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available unless specifically stated at checkout.
